  • Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat to ensure timely resolutions.
  • Update and maintain accurate client profiles in the our systems
  • Investigate and resolve client complaints with empathy and efficiency.
  • Provide end-to-end assistance to clients, from onboarding to ongoing support.

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any profession.
  • At least 3+ years of experience in Customer Success role or equivalent handling B2B customers.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Good command in written & spoken English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Good logical thinking, able to quickly understand customer problems and respond to clients.
  • Basic troubleshooting skills to assist with system-related queries.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining accurate client records.
  • Empathetic and patient, with a client-first mindset for handling complaints.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
