- Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat to ensure timely resolutions.
- Update and maintain accurate client profiles in the our systems
- Investigate and resolve client complaints with empathy and efficiency.
- Provide end-to-end assistance to clients, from onboarding to ongoing support.
- Demonstrate and explain system features or tools to clients for enhanced experience.
- Collaborate with sales or technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Document all client interactions, issues, and solutions for future reference.
- Proactively engage with clients to ensure their needs are met and identify improvement opportunities.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any profession.
- At least 3+ years of experience in Customer Success role or equivalent handling B2B customers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Good command in written & spoken English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good logical thinking, able to quickly understand customer problems and respond to clients.
- Basic troubleshooting skills to assist with system-related queries.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining accurate client records.
- Empathetic and patient, with a client-first mindset for handling complaints.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
