- Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data
- Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs
- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
- Organizes workload, sets priorities and works within deadlines
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary / Secondary School / SPM or higher education in any field.
- Prefer relevant experience candidates.

- Good Communication Skill in Mandarin and English
- Strong Computer Skills in using Microsoft Office, ranging from data entry to systems analysis, to achieve work goals.
- Team Skills to work collaboratively as a team.
- Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures.
