  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Vendor & Supplier Management

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors for long-term procurement success.
  • Ensure supplier compliance with ethical sourcing and sustainability standards.
  • Conduct regular supplier evaluations to maintain quality control.

Inventory & Logistics Management

  • Manage incoming shipments to ensure timely deliveries for project deadlines.
  • Maintain an accurate inventory database and update stock levels proactively.
  • Work with the operations team to streamline procurement processes.

Process Improvement & Compliance

  • Ensure strict adherence to procurement SOPs and company purchasing policies.
  • Continuously improve sourcing efficiency and suggest innovative purchasing strategies.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain operations.

Communication

  • Prefer candidate who is fluent in mandarin speaking and writing
  • 2+ years of procurement, sourcing, or supply chain experience, preferably in sustainable or corporate gifting industries.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of securing competitive pricing.
  • Familiarity with ESG and sustainable product sourcing is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with suppliers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
  • Proactive mindset with strong ownership and accountability.
  • Adaptability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.
