- Assist customers in selecting the right automotive parts based on their needs and vehicle specifications.
- Provide expert product knowledge and guidance on part compatibility, pricing, and availability.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business.
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and walk-in customer inquiries.
- Process sales transactions, generate quotes, and manage customer's orders.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, new product releases, and competitor offerings.
- Assist in resolving customer issues, returns, and warranty claims efficiently.
- Ad-hoc tasks from time to time.
- Minimum SPM qualification.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Well-versed in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Detail oriented, patience and flexible.
- Good customer service and interpersonal skill.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or automotive parts sales is preferable.
- Strong understanding of automotive parts and vehicle components.
