  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute production schedules to meet customer requirements.
  • Address customer issues promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor and optimize production output for maximum efficiency.
  • Supervise and lead drivers and workers to ensure high performance.
  • Address performance issues and motivate teams to achieve targets.
  • Implement and monitor ISO and HSE standards.
  • Ensure timely inspections and adherence to maintenance schedules.
  • Prepare and submit reports on production, maintenance, and compliance.
  • Monitor operational processes to ensure consistent output quality.
  • Drive lean management initiatives to reduce waste and improve efficiency.

Requirement:

  • Proven experience in operations or production supervision.
  • Knowledge of lean management, ISO, and HSE standards.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to drive process improvements and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Preferably Mandarin speaker to liaise with customers.

Qualifications/Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) will be preferable
  • Proven experience in related field
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Salary and Benefits:
