1. Product Inspection & Testing:

  • Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Perform functional, dimensional, and visual tests using tools such as callipers, gauges, microscopes, or automated testing equipment.

          5. Equipment Maintenance:

          • Calibrate and maintain inspection tools and equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.

            6. Training & Collaboration:

            • Train production staff on quality standards and inspection procedures.
            • Communicate quality-related concerns to supervisors and cross-functional teams promptly.

1. Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or certification in Quality Control, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in quality assurance, manufacturing, or a similar industry.

    2. Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in using measurement tools (e.g., micrometers, CMMs) and interpreting technical drawings/specifications.
    • Familiarity with quality management systems (ISO 9001, Six Sigma, etc.) and statistical process control (SPC).
    • Basic computer skills (MS Office, QA software, ERP systems).

      3. Analytical Abilities:

      • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or inconsistencies.
      • Problem-solving skills to investigate root causes of quality issues.

        4. Certifications (Preferred):

        • Certifications such as Certified Quality Inspector (CQI), ASQ, or Lean Six Sigma (Yellow/Green Belt) are a plus.

          5. Soft Skills:

          • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with teams and document findings clearly.
          • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
