
Human Resource Assistant
What You'll Be Doing: Payroll & Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing while liaising with EPF, SOCSO, PCB, HRDF, and other statutory bodies. Recruitment & Hiring: Manage vacancy postings, pre-screen candidates, conduct interviews, and oversee staff onboarding. HR Policies & Employee Relations: Assist in implementing HR procedures, handling grievances, and ensuring compliance with Malaysian Employment Act. HR System & Documentation: Maintain employee records and support the company’s HR operations with best practices. General HR Support: Provide assistance in HR matters as needed by the management.
