- Minimum of 8 years of experience in trust industry.
- Demonstrated success in overseeing complex operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading technology-driven projects.
- Experience in international banking is highly advantageous.
- Strong leadership and management capabilities, with a proven ability to drive performance and efficiency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
