Compliance & Reporting: Ensure that all HR policies and procedures comply with local labor laws and retail-specific regulations. Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation. Retail-Specific HR Solutions: Understand and address the unique HR challenges within a retail setting, such as high turnover rates, seasonal staffing, and employee scheduling. Collaborate with other departments to develop innovative solutions that optimize employee engagement and retention in retail environments. Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Prior experience in a retail environment, preferably in a leadership or HR capacity. Skills & Abilities: Strong understanding of retail HR challenges and employee dynamics. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software/systems. Personal Attributes: Empathetic and approachable with a focus on building strong relationships with employees. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
