  • Performing inventory inspections and reordering supplies and stock as necessary.
  • Inspecting stock and reporting any faulty items or inconsistencies immediately.
  • Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments, and received stock.
  • Coordinating with the delivery team and following up on delays or orders that have been rescheduled.
  • Establishing professional relationships with clients as well as vendors and suppliers.
  • Assist in preparing report relating to store activities.
  • Update stock card and system daily.
  • Record and verify material issue to production according to related document.
  • Record material transfer from production to store into system.
  • Record material receive from supplier and customer into system.
  • Perform daily checking on stock items.
  • Helping issue material to production.
  • Proficiency in the relevant management software programs, eg. Microsoft Excel, Store Management System
  • Computer literate
  • Language required: English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
