- Prepares PO by verifying specifications, price and terms.
- Performing inventory inspections and reordering supplies and stock as necessary.
- Inspecting stock and reporting any faulty items or inconsistencies immediately.
- Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments, and received stock.
- Coordinating with the delivery team and following up on delays or orders that have been rescheduled.
- Establishing professional relationships with clients as well as vendors and suppliers.
- Assist in preparing report relating to store activities.
- Update stock card and system daily.
- Record and verify material issue to production according to related document.
- Record material transfer from production to store into system.
- Record material receive from supplier and customer into system.
- Perform daily checking on stock items.
- Helping issue material to production.
- Proficiency in the relevant management software programs, eg. Microsoft Excel, Store Management System
- Computer literate
- Language required: English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
