Key Responsibilities: - To assist in all operational and administrative HR activities, delivering efficient service and support. - Ensure quality and integrity of HR filing system by keeping all HR records, information and files clearly labelled, organized and confidential. - Maintain staff personal file and ensure that all have up to date information. - Update, track and maintain internal HR documentation and perform any ad hoc duties when assigned to. - Update and assist the social medias, creating creative material such as posters, job post, design, videos etc. - Involve and manage in engagement and company events, career fairs etc. You should have: - Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or Human Resource Management/Business Administration/Marketing/Graphic Design. - Attention to details, able to work under minimum supervision, resourceful, meticulous and self-driven. - Organized and with high sense of responsibility. - Willingness to learn and be proactive. A positive attitude is a must. - Good computer literacy (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint). - Team player. - Good in Canva, video editing and creative writing would be advantages. - Able to work at Taman Medan PJ (not reachable to public transport). - Able to travel and posses own transport would be an advantage.
