- Reply to Facebook Live, Facebook post, and Instagram post comment.
- Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analysing customer needs.
- Assist with refunds and returns.
- Assist customers to manage orders.
- Handle administrative tasks.
- Fluent in English, Mandarin, optionally Bahasa Malaysia.
- Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.
- Good problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.

- Patient and passionate about fashion.
- Ability to start work with short notice will be an advantage.
