  • Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, or social media (Facebook, Instagram).
  • Reply to Facebook Live, Facebook post, and Instagram post comment.
  • Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analysing customer needs.
  • Assist with refunds and returns.
  • Assist customers to manage orders.
  • Handle administrative tasks.
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin, optionally Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.
  • Good problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
  • Critical observer-thinker, bringing fresh perspective and offer intuitive solutions and ideas.
  • Patient and passionate about fashion.
  • Ability to start work with short notice will be an advantage.
