Key Responsibilities 1. Handle full spectrum of Payroll Administration 2. Manage and execute the end-to-end payroll process, including salary calculations, deductions, bonuses, and other payroll-related activities 3. Ensure statutory (LHDN, EPF, SOCSO and EIS) compliance 4. Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and statutory regulations 5. Identify, investigate and resolve discrepancies in timesheet and payroll records What we are looking for: 1. Possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration, Diploma in Human Resource Management. 2. At least 1-2 years of working experience in HR Administration and/or Payroll processing. 3. Proficiency in payroll software Securisoft or UBS will be an added advantage. 4. Possess good interpersonal skills, high team spirit and able to communicate effectively with all levels of people. 5.
