  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Responsibilities: - Responsible to provide all aspects of Finance & Credit support to the Property Development division. This will include but is not limited to core areas such as statutory and management reporting, budgeting, and any related Finance & Credit initiatives. - Proposes and follow-through with finance tools, collection, cash flow, billing, and banking initiatives which shall improve the Group's financial standing and related status. - Exposure to bridging loans, end financing, and other property development-related financial tools is required. - Works closely with financial institutions. - The ability to build rapport essential with external parties, financial institutions, and related bodies is a prerequisite. Requirements: - Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma, in Accounts, Finance, Business Admin, ICSA, and/ or equivalent. - Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. - Knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage. - Exposure to the property development industry is a prerequisite. - Exposure to Company Secretarial matters is an added advantage. - At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. - Must be IT / ISO literate.
