Optimize content strategies based on performance metrics and audience feedback. Conduct A/B testing on content formats and messaging to refine approaches. Secondary Responsibilities 1. Stakeholder Collaboration Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure seamless content execution. Build relationships with influencers, partners, and collaborators to amplify content reach. 2. Brand Consistency and Compliance Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent voice and tone. Regularly audit and update existing content to align with brand and campaign changes. 3. Other Tasks Perform ad hoc content-related tasks as assigned by the Marketing Strategist or management. Education Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. 2. Experience 2–3 years of experience in content creation, marketing, or a related role. Proven experience in creating impactful content for digital and traditional marketing campaigns. 3. Skills: Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills. Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS), social media platforms, and analytics tools. Basic understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing. Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects.
