Conduct quality control inspections and testing to assess coating performance and durability. 5. Troubleshoot coating defects and implement corrective actions. 6. Work closely with production teams to improve efficiency and reduce waste in coating operations. 7. Communicate effectively with international clients, suppliers, and project stakeholders. 8. Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations related to coating processes. Requirements: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. • Experience: At least 5 and above years of prior experience in metal coating, surface treatment, or related industries is preferred. • Skills: • Strong knowledge of coating techniques, materials, and quality standards. • Proficiency in troubleshooting coating defects and implementing process improvements. • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) to liaise with overseas clients.
