Job Summary: The Quality Control Engineer is responsible for ensuring products meet company and industry standards by conducting inspections, implementing quality control processes, and identifying areas for improvement. Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure product compliance. 2. Conduct inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods. 3. Identify defects, investigate root causes, and recommend corrective actions. 4. Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards. 5. Prepare and maintain quality reports and documentation. 6. Work closely with the production, engineering, and supplier teams to improve quality performance. 7. Communicate with overseas clients and suppliers regarding quality requirements and improvements. 8. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies. Requirements: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. • Experience: At least 5 and above years of prior experience in quality control, manufacturing, or engineering is preferred. • Skills: • Strong knowledge of quality standards, inspection methods, and defect analysis. • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) to liaise with overseas clients.
