Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of metal processing equipment. 6. Collaborate with R&D teams to develop innovative metal processing solutions. 7. Communicate with international clients and suppliers to coordinate material sourcing and project requirements. 8. Maintain safety protocols and ensure all processes comply with regulatory standards. Requirements: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or a related field. • Experience: At least 5 and above years of prior experience in metal processing, manufacturing, or engineering is preferred. • Skills: • Strong knowledge of metal fabrication, machining, and finishing techniques. • Ability to analyze and optimize production processes. • Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) to liaise with overseas clients. • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
