Plan, shoot, and edit photo and video content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.). Manage and update social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding and engaging content. Support content creation, including writing blog posts, social media captions, and email newsletters. Help optimize website content for SEO to improve search rankings and traffic. Assist in managing online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) by monitoring performance and reporting key insights. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Track and report website and social media analytics, providing recommendations for improvement. Stay up to date with the latest trends in digital marketing, social media, and content creation tools. Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, or a related field. Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, social media, and online advertising. Proficiency in photography and videography, including shooting and editing content. Familiarity with editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva, or Photoshop. Strong writing and communication skills for content creation. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken). Creative mindset with an eagerness to learn and adapt. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: Some experience in content creation, copywriting, or graphic design is a plus. Knowledge of email marketing platforms is an advantage. Basic understanding of website management (WordPress, etc.) is a bonus.
