About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join our team in Johor Bahru. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales of our innovative energy solutions.

What you'll be doing

  • Interact with potential buyers, understand their needs and preferences, and guide them through the sales process.
  • Demonstrating vehicle features and benefits, discussing financing options, insurance package, negotiating prices, and closing deals.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Responsible for showroom and outdoor sales activities.
  • Promote and sell vehicles and related products or services to customers.
  • Responsible to maintaining a strong knowledge of the automotive industry, including understanding market trends, competitor offerings, and new developments.
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers before and after the sale is also essential to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other team members, such as finance and service departments, to provide a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory. Actively engaging with potential clients to understand their energy needs and requirements
  • Presenting our products and services in a compelling and informative manner
  • Negotiating contract terms and closing sales deals
  • Providing post-sale support and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining detailed records of sales activities and performance
  • Collaborating with the wider team to identify new business opportunities

What we're looking for

  • High school diploma or degree in business, marketing, or others in related field can be beneficial but is not always mandatory.
  • Previous experience in sales, particularly in the Automotive industry, Real Estate is highly preferred. Knowledge of sales techniques, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and automotive financing processes is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport with customers and effectively conveying information about vehicles and services.
  • Ability to negotiate terms and current promotion to close sales while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Deep understanding of automotive products, features, and technologies is important to assist customers in making informed decisions. (Training will be provided)
  • Dedication to providing exceptional customer service and addressing customer needs before, during, and after the sales process.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues from various departments to ensure a positive overall customer experience.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks, maintaining records, and staying organized in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Able to work independence with low supervision.
  • This will be a contract-based position and renew yearly.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work to targets and deadlines
  • Must have license
  • Must able to work in Johor Bahru.
