Head Operation Audit

Key Responsibilities: • Strategic Leadership: o Develop and implement an operational audit strategy aligned with the organization's goals and risk management framework. o Lead the design and execution of risk-based operational audit plans. o Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management and the board/audit committee. • Audit Planning & Execution: o Plan, supervise, and execute operational audits, ensuring comprehensive coverage of all critical processes and functions. o Assess the adequacy, efficiency, and effectiveness of internal controls over operations. o Identify weaknesses, risks, and inefficiencies and propose corrective action plans. • Team Leadership & Development: o Manage and mentor a team of operational auditors, ensuring their professional growth and adherence to best practices. o Promote a culture of continuous improvement, integrity, and ethical behavior within the audit team. • Reporting & Communication: o Prepare clear and concise audit reports with practical recommendations. o Present audit findings and recommendations to senior management and the audit committee. o Monitor the implementation of corrective actions and report progress. • Compliance & Risk Management: o Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and standards • Continuous Improvement: o Stay current with industry trends, emerging risks, and regulatory developments to enhance audit methodologies. o Promote operational efficiency, cost savings, and risk mitigation through data analytics and innovative audit approaches.
