Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operation, ensure the quality, standards and meet the expectations of the customer
- Manpower planning and scheduling of work for outlet staff
- Able to lead, develop, motivate and manage all outlet staff
- Enforcing company SOP's diligently
- Measure customer satisfaction, handle customer feedback or complains.
- Maintain cleanliness at the outlet all times
- Work closely and constantly communicate effectively with all relevant department in HQ for any matters in relation to the smooth running of the outlet operations.
