OVERVIEW

  • To support Project Manager including tracking project status of deliverables and milestones, issue coordination, planning, reporting, and coordinating activities in support of quality objectives.
  • Ensuring procedures are followed for the registration of infrastructure project requests, recording of project plans and progress; archiving key contractual documentation; and the creation of key information required projects to start and to be billed.
  • Developing a close working relationship with the supplier PMOs and the teams to ensure that the process for getting infrastructure projects delivered is as efficient as possible.
  • Delivery against KPls for clients PMO Services by maintaining service level target and improve measurement Process.
  • Contribute to client's service quality improvements by helping to strengthening Supplier PMOs back office team.
  • Ensuring follow & adhere to agreed client's work/process standards and comply with SLAs.
  • Provide guidance and support Supplier PMOs in ensuring system is always updated with accurate info.
  • Accurately updating all Project related Data in system based on proposal received.
  • Quality Assurance for client's PMO procedure & documentation during project/requests, closure.
  • Monitoring project activities with customer, suppliers and operation team to ensure project delivery on time.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly report to Project Manager and Management.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or its equivalent in related IT field.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience or fresh graduates in the related field is required.
  • PMO experience and Stakeholder Management is highly desirable.
  • Good observation skills and creativity.
  • Good in planning making and organisational skills.
