Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and ensure the smooth execution of end-to-end operational processes for lending, insurance, and eKYC services, focusing on efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with stakeholders across Customer Experience Services, Financial Services, Risk, Audit, Compliance, and external partners to develop seamless and efficient workflows.
- Proactively identify system and operational gaps, recommending and implementing process improvements to enhance customer experience, reduce turnaround time (TAT), and ensure operational excellence.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and compliance frameworks across lending, insurance, and eKYC operations.
- Supervise and support the team in managing daily operations, ensuring the achievement of service level agreements (SLA) and operational key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain a strong understanding of lending, insurance, and eKYC products, processes, and regulations to provide strategic input and operational oversight.
- Perform quality checks and verification of customer documents and information to ensure error-free transactions and regulatory compliance.
- Develop and monitor reports to track operational performance, customer experience, and risk mitigation measures, ensuring timely updates and data accuracy.
- Act as a key point of contact for process improvements, providing recommendations on document workflows and automation opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure proper documentation, filing, and record-keeping for audit and compliance purposes.
- Lead and motivate the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and operational excellence.
- Handle ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned by management to support business objectives and operational enhancements.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree, of any discipline.
- Candidate must have at least 3 years of working experience in operations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate across departments.
- Experience in operations within the financial services sector, preferably in lending, insurance, or digital identity verification (eKYC).
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of compliance and regulatory awareness.
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and operational performance monitoring.
- Thorough hands-on involvement in key projects and departmental tasks / activities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive operational improvements.
- Leadership experience with the ability to guide and develop teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
