  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Overview

The Manager - Transaction Banking (Product Management) is responsible to manage the product line life cycle and to drive solutions set through market requirements, regulation compliance and product positioning. The successful candidate will be reported to the Head of Channel.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for defining key business segments, and prioritizing the key business customer needs with effective strategies in meeting client’s requirements, increasing the usage of the cash management services and optimizing the business relationship profitability.
  • Responsible for the on-going development and management of cash management products and their processing and delivery systems, including innovation and enhancement.
  • Monitors the product standards and implementing quality-control programs to ensure deliverables meeting specifications.
  • Monitors the status of project and product lifecycle to ensure on-time delivery, within approved budget and regulatory compliance.
  • Monitors product vendors in terms of communications on enhancement and new initiatives, evaluation and selection, deliverables review and prioritization.

Job Requirements

  • Malaysian citizen
  • Degree or equivalent
  • Experience in Transaction Banking, Cash Management, Corporate Internet/Mobile Banking
