Digital Marketing – MyEG and its subsidiaries
We’re looking for a hungry and resourceful individual to drive demand for our services through effective targeting, positioning, messaging and marketing plans. This person needs to be highly adaptable, possess a keen interest in acquiring new knowledge on various industries, businesses and most importantly, be able to cope with a fast-changing environment.
Besides possessing a strategic, analytical and result-driven mind, you should also have creative thinking to solve problems and overcome potential challenges. Passionate about building and growing a brand.
Job Responsibilities
- Plan and develop holistic digital marketing campaigns and work closely with internal stakeholders and departments such as product owners, marketing, IT/ UX, designers, content and production to implement and achieve KPIs.
- Analyse and recommend proposals and budgets for campaigns.
- Execution through various verticals such as search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), performance marketing, influencer marketing, content automation, campaign marketing, social media marketing & optimization, e-mail direct marketing, affiliate marketing, selected display advertising and other new platforms.
- Strong ability to constantly monitor, track and make progressive updates for all campaigns across all digital platforms i.e. websites, Shopify, social media, etc.
- Constantly optimize marketing activities to improve return on investment.
- Analyze and recommend modifications to ad spending.
- Closely collaborate with marketing / creative teams to guide A/B creative tests, incrementality tests, and spend scaling tests on campaigns online and offline to identify what works best
- Test new channels and trends
- Optimize marketing budgets to maximize Cost per Acquisition (CPA) and efficiently scale new customers
- Auditing content gaps – formalise and execute a structured approach on content delivery before marketing automation execution. Investigating and understanding what content our target group wants, in which stage of the purchasing process they want it, and in what format.
- Constantly reviewing and consolidating all data; transactions, brand health, customer service, marketing campaigns, social media, product offerings, partnerships and optimizing strategies for the ultimate results.
- Conduct frequent competitor research and market analysis that will help with strategising and planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree holder in business or marketing or a relevant field with 5 years of relevant experience
- Speaks fluent English and excellent written English to assist in content writing
- Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia is a bonus
- Knowledge in e-commerce and the car industry is also a bonus
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Thorough understanding of diverse operational processes and strategy development
- Result orientated
- Adaptability – we work with many different brands and services, therefore the candidate needs to have an open mind, interest to learn new things and is well-versed with current news and trends.
- Able to multi-task while prioritizing tasks and work irregular hours, especially for last-minute ad-hoc jobs or events.
- Would be an added advantage if the candidate has a good eye for evaluating creative or content work
