  • Content Creation: Write, edit, and produce high-quality content, including newsletters, memo, and internal communications. Ensure consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all content.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with subject matter experts and external/internal stakeholders to gather insights, knowledge, and data to ensure a consistent message across all platforms.
  • Event Management: Assist in planning, organising, and managing company events such as townhall, offsites and more.
  • Administrative support: Supports team members with content creation, tracking engagement, and administrative tasks.
  • Administrative support: Update and monitor verticals’ contact lists to keep all stakeholders updated with the latest information.
  • Assist with various ad hoc tasks and projects as needed to support the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the Sales Enablement team.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience with communications, public relations and event management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Coordination and project management abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Basic understanding of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva
