Key Responsibilities
1. Receiving Goods
- Be familiar with the goods receiving process, including order handling. You will be responsible for meticulous management of the receiving process, ensuring accurate verification of the receiving date, batch, quantity, and model.
- Proficient in using WMS (Warehouse Management System). Experience in label - scanning for receiving goods is a must, as it is crucial for maintaining the integrity of our inventory records.
2. Inventory Storage
- Understand the logic behind warehouse storage and be able to interpret and follow the warehouse location rules.
- Have a clear understanding of inventory counting logic. You will be required to analyze inventory count differences, and be well - versed in various counting methods such as sample counting, full counting, dynamic counting, and static counting. Additionally, the ability to analyze material stagnation is essential for optimizing inventory turnover.
3. Goods Shipment
- Manage the order - picking, goods - preparation, and accounting processes. You will also be responsible for the proper management of shipping documents, ensuring that all shipments are accurately recorded and dispatched on time.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in logistics and warehousing.
- In - depth knowledge of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping processes.
- Good language skills, both Chinese and English.
- Willing to travel to other Asian countries（India、Vietnam、Thai.etc） for business
