Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role of Assistant Events Manager located in Georgetown. The Assistant Events Manager will be responsible for coordinating and managing various events held at the hotel. Day-to-day tasks include planning event logistics, liaising with clients and vendors, overseeing event setup and execution, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaborating with team members to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

  • Event Planning and Meeting Coordination skills
  • Experience in Budget Management and Vendor Negotiation
  • Customer Service and Client Relations skills
  • Strong Communication and Team Collaboration abilities
  • Attention to Detail and Problem-Solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously
  • Relevant experience in hospitality or event management is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or related field
