  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are looking for an experienced IT Program Manager to join our PMO team,

overseeing IT business application projects. This role will be working closely with

business stakeholders from requirement gathering to approval and final implementation.

The Program Manager will also drive demand management, project prioritization, communication, and reporting.

The position is on a 1-year contract.

Key Responsibilities

Project & IT PMO Management

• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of IT projects.

• Act as a Project Manager when needed, ensuring smooth execution and successful delivery.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT and business) to ensure project goals align with business needs.

• Support business stakeholders and process owners in effectively utilizing implemented applications.

Demand & Portfolio Management

• Work closely with business partners to understand project demands and

strategic priorities.

• Define and maintain the IT roadmap.

• Ensure project prioritization aligns with business goals.

Stakeholder Communication & Reporting

• Maintain clear and transparent communication with key stakeholders.

• Provide regular updates on project status, timelines, and potential risks.

Risk & Resource Management

• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

• Work with business platform resource managers to allocate resources efficiently based on the IT roadmap.

Continuous Improvement

  • Drive process improvements to enhance project lead times and overall efficiency.

Qualifications:

• At least 10 years relevant experience as an IT Applications Program Manager in a regional role.

• PMP or similar project management certification.

• Experience in project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, Asana etc. for

project tracking and reporting

• Strong advantage: Prior experience implementation of SAP, Microsoft Power

platform.

• Expertise in demand management, project prioritization, and stakeholder

communication.
