Job Responsibilities

  • Assist Team Lead to oversee the team's operations and handle corporate finance related matters.
  • Responsible for the provision of corporate advisory and related services to clients.
  • Preparation of pitch books and mandate.
  • Provide leadership and support to various team members in complementing project management/co-ordination of engagements.
  • Liaise with external advisors and clients to ensure successful completion of engagements.
  • Prepare and review concept papers/proposals/presentation papers.
  • Responsible for ensuring proper due diligence conducted prior to submission to regulatory authorities.
  • Maintain and enhance close business rapport with clients and associates to ensure continuous business support.

Job Requirements

  • Possess Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or any equivalent.
  • Minimum 8 years of working experience in Corporate Finance.
  • Competent knowledge of Malaysia corporate legislation, relevant legal, financial and regulatory requirements applicable to investment bank.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English.
  • Strong analytical skills for problem solving, deals structuring and negotiation.
  • Strong planning and coordination skills.
  • Effective interpersonal skills - able to deal with people from all levels.
