Job Responsibilities
- Assist Team Lead to oversee the team's operations and handle corporate finance related matters.
- Responsible for the provision of corporate advisory and related services to clients.
- Preparation of pitch books and mandate.
- Provide leadership and support to various team members in complementing project management/co-ordination of engagements.
- Liaise with external advisors and clients to ensure successful completion of engagements.
- Prepare and review concept papers/proposals/presentation papers.
- Responsible for ensuring proper due diligence conducted prior to submission to regulatory authorities.
- Maintain and enhance close business rapport with clients and associates to ensure continuous business support.
Job Requirements
- Possess Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or any equivalent.
- Minimum 8 years of working experience in Corporate Finance.
- Competent knowledge of Malaysia corporate legislation, relevant legal, financial and regulatory requirements applicable to investment bank.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Fluent in both spoken and written English.
- Strong analytical skills for problem solving, deals structuring and negotiation.
- Strong planning and coordination skills.
- Effective interpersonal skills - able to deal with people from all levels.
