Key Responsibilities

  • Microsoft Partnership Management: Oversee APAC engagement in Microsoft’s partner ecosystem, ensuring compliance with program requirements and maximizing available benefits.
  • Program Optimization: Manage and optimize our status within Microsoft’s partner programs (e.g., Microsoft Cloud Partner Program, Co-Sell, Incentives and Rebates).
  • Business Development: Identify and drive new business opportunities in collaboration with Microsoft, leveraging joint solutions, incentives, and co-marketing initiatives.
  • Go-To-Market Strategies: Develop and execute joint go-to-market (GTM) campaigns and initiatives with Microsoft to enhance market reach and customer adoption.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with Microsoft account teams, Partner Development Managers, and key stakeholders.
  • Sales Enablement: Train internal sales and presales teams on Microsoft’s offerings, partner benefits, and how to leverage Microsoft resources for business growth.
  • Reporting & Metrics: Track and report on the effectiveness of Microsoft-related initiatives, ensuring ROI and alignment with business goals.
  • Certifications & Competencies: Ensure the company maintains and achieves relevant Microsoft certifications and competencies to strengthen the partnership.
  • Voice of Microsoft: Be our partner back into Logicalis to help us shape our strategy and partnerships for long term mutual benefit ensuring senior leaders are aware of our progress and where we must do better

In This Role You Will Spend

  • 35% time with Logicalis’ sellers and pre-sales teams as well as with customers in identifying and developing new cloud opportunities which align to the customer’s technical and business strategy. Working closely with Microsoft as well as engaging with Solutions & Marketing teams on prioritized customers. This includes proposal write up, sizing and presentation to all level in customer organization
  • 35% time with Microsoft teams to co-design and co-execute programs and motions to facilitate business development and growth across cloud, security and modern workplace technologies and to capitalize and utilize partner incentives, rebates and other benefits and entitlements
  • 30% time working and collaborating with Logicalis Regional and Global teams on go-to-market strategies by providing feedback on current and future market and customer requirements.

The Individual And Thier Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in partner management, business development, or a similar role within the technology sector.
  • Microsoft Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Microsoft’s partner programs, solutions, and go-to-market strategies. Fluency with Microsoft Licensing constructs, including EA & CSP
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to align partnership strategies with business objectives and drive mutual success.
  • Relationship Building: Strong networking and communication skills to manage relationships with Microsoft and internal stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Technical Acumen: Understanding of Microsoft technologies such as Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Security and AI/ML solutions.
  • Certifications (Preferred): Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, Microsoft Certified: Partner Sales & Marketing Specialist, or equivalent.
