We are seeking an experienced Marketing Strategist to strategically pitch workable, effective integrated marketing solutions that enhance our client's brand and drive growth.

Perform Full Cycle of Recruitment (Permanent/Contract/Intern)

  1. Responsible for the drafting of the job advertisement and posting to the recruitment platform (social media, Website, Uni/College and etc)
  2. Responsible for a smooth end-to-end recruitment process which covers sourcing, preliminary screening, interview scheduling and coordination, offers and negotiation, reference check, on-boarding and induction/orientation.
  3. Responsible to understand the requirement of each job well and conduct an efficient sourcing or talent attraction via multiple of recruitment channel or network. Ensure the sourcing of talent pool is meet the minimum requirement set by Hiring Manager.
  4. Develop and propose new recruitment channel to management from time-to time
  5. To ensure the headcount gaps/vacancies are fulfilled within stipulated time frame.
  6. Responsible for talent pool data management and ensure the information of data is always up-to-date and provide an effective reporting when necessary. Ensure data pool able to meet / fulfill company recruitment requirement.
  7. Able to identify the problems exist during the recruitment process and provide appropriate suggestions to Company for improvement.
  8. Responsible for exit interview and off-boarding process.

Employer Branding

  1. Responsible for creating a best candidates’ experience during the end-to-end recruitment process.
  2. Responsible to take proactive action to provide new suggestion to enhance Company’s name to talent pool.

HR Generalist

  1. Responsible in handling HR Generalist job from time-to-time when necessary.

Ad-Hoc

  1. Responsible and in-charge for any duties as assigned by Company or superior from time-to-time.

Requirements

  1. Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalent.
  2. Possess at least 3 years of working experience in Human Resources or specialization in recruitment function.
  3. Language: English, Malay, Mandarin.
  4. Well versed in sourcing, screening and identify suitable candidate.
  5. Excellent communication skills and create a comfortable vibe to candidates
  6. Possess a good planning and prioritization skills.
  7. Able to act quick and responsively.
  8. Details and results orientation.
  9. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadline.
  10. Positive attitude, self-motivated and able to work independently.
