Job Responsibilities

1. Formulate and execute the overall sales effort on customer accounts in line with the company strategy and growth plans.

2. Seek ways and means to retain customers through increasing customer satisfaction, improved productivity, incentives and new value add services.

3. Lead the Customer Relationship role with customer and serve as the primary point of contact for all commercial matters relating to the services offered.

4. Enhance customer service and engagement with strategic customers while continuously improving Commercial Division functions to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.

5. Conduct customer satisfaction survey and follow up with action plans.

6. Formulate and execute management and maintenance of key account main agreements and commercial term using company management information systems.

7. Work with various departments for management and vetting of customer billing for invoicing.

8. Monitor the contractual period of agreement, coordinate renewals when necessary, and review main agreements with customers, conducting contract briefs upon renewal.

9. Coordinate meetings with the Customer Success Lead to monitor service levels, productivity, satisfaction, and compliance, while providing regular reports on sales, P/L and customer support activities.

10. Conduct customer satisfaction survey, PULSE surveys and follow up with action plans.

11. Primary interface between Commercial and Operation Division.

Qualification

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher related in Aviation Engineering and Business or any professional training with strong business acumen and customer key account management background.

2. Aircraft maintenance technical training in A350 and B777 will be of advantage.

3. Minimum 5 years related working experience in Aviation MRO services, strong background in contract management.

4. Experience in formulate and execute contract and billing in MIS.

5. Experience in Customer Relationship.

6. MIS for aircraft MRO services such as TRAX, SAP, AMOS or others system will be of advantages.

7. Proficient in computer skill. MS Office. Power Point, Excel and Word.

8. Good knowledge in commercial aircraft MRO services.

9. Strong interpersonal skills and good team player, especially in communication with international customers and parent company.
