Job Description

  • Support and assist accountant for daily routine.
  • Prepare and update daily accounting transactions accurately, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payment vouchers, payment collection, general ledger, and reconciliation
  • Assist with weekly and month end closing activities, e.g., bank reconciliation, ageing reports, accruals etc
  • Prepare invoices, cash flow statements and general expenditure documentation
  • Update cash flow status from time to time.
  • Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations
  • Assist on any ad-hoc task as and when required.


Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experiences of similar experience
  • Require professional verbal and written communications
  • Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage because some of the reports need to be written in Chinese
  • Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and ability to handle confidential information
  • Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with all levels
  • Proficient in Excel, Words and PowerPoint
  • Result-oriented, energetic and ability to work independently
