- Support and assist accountant for daily routine.
- Prepare and update daily accounting transactions accurately, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payment vouchers, payment collection, general ledger, and reconciliation
- Assist with weekly and month end closing activities, e.g., bank reconciliation, ageing reports, accruals etc
- Prepare invoices, cash flow statements and general expenditure documentation
- Update cash flow status from time to time.
- Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations
- Assist on any ad-hoc task as and when required.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experiences of similar experience
- Require professional verbal and written communications
- Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage because some of the reports need to be written in Chinese
- Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and ability to handle confidential information
- Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with all levels
- Proficient in Excel, Words and PowerPoint
- Result-oriented, energetic and ability to work independently
