One of our clients is seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to join a beauty and wellness company. This role involves managing WhatsApp and phone call scheduling, securing trial appointments with potential clients, and coordinating with internal staff. Leads will be provided, and training will be offered to ensure success in the role.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and schedule appointments via WhatsApp and phone calls
Reach out to leads and secure trial appointments for the service staff
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth scheduling and follow-ups
Provide basic client assistance during Zoom sessions as a service staff member
Maintain accurate documentation and appointment records
Must-Haves
Based in Johor, Malaysia
Fluency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
Experience in the beauty, wellness, or health industry
Strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders
Excellent organizational skills for managing appointments and documentation
