Job Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for the operational performance and service standards of FSSC, which includes the functions AP, GL, AR, Credit, Income Audit and Cost Control.
  • Ensures accuracy of financial data submitted, and strict adherence to the monthly, quarterly, and yearly deadlines to HQ.
  • Provides meaningful analysis to CHAGEE Group’ financials to aid Management decision making process.
  • Drives the implementation of compliance framework within FSSC to ensure adherence to the Group’s standards, including coordinating with key stakeholders outside of FSSC to achieve this.
  • Drives implementation of the Group’s IT and systems roadmap involving FSSC
  • Continuously structure, standardise and optimise financial processes and controls in FSSC, with the ability to sync automation into day-to-day work.
  • Improving on SOPs for easy guidance and implementation
  • Excellent business partner to key stakeholders in both Regional and HQ Management.

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent business partner to key stakeholders in both Regional and HQ Management.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; CPA or equivalent certification preferred
  • Experience: 10 years in financial reporting and accounting, with a strong track record in SSC roles.
  • Leadership: Min 4 to 5 years of senior management experiences.
  • Expertise: Solid understanding of IFRS and local accounting standards, with a proactive approach to staying updated on industry requirements.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.
