About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee all aspects of food and beverage service operations within the Company. The ideal candidate will demostrate strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and experience managing a team in hospitality environment. The F&B Manager will be responsible for ensuring high standards of service, quality, and profitability across the food and beverage department.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Oversee the daily operations of all Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
· Maintain a consistently high level of service excellence, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
· Uphold and exceed cleanliness and hygiene standards in all outlets.
· Address and resolve any Service Recovery situations promptly and effectively.
· Monitor cashiering operations, ensuring accurate billing and prompt resolution of discrepancies.
· Foster and maintain positive relationships with staff members and guests.
· Ensure all Food & Beverage staff comply with department rules, regulations, and procedures.
· Lead by example, setting a standard for professionalism and customer service excellence.
· Monitor and enforce adherence to staff attendance, grooming, and uniform standards.
· Manage staff productivity and ensure compliance with operational policies.
· Record and report any unusual events, incidents, or staff activities to the Park Director.
· Maintain daily inventory levels, manage stock control, and place orders accordingly to ensure all outlets are adequately supplied.
· Coordinate and prepare for on-site and off-site events, ensuring all logistics and requirements are met for a seamless guest experience.
Key Qualifications:
· Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Food & Beverage management or a similar leadership role within the hospitality, café, or restaurant industry.
· Proven experience in managing budgets, controlling food and beverage costs, analysing financial reports, and driving profitability.
· In-depth knowledge of local and national health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and sanitation requirements.
· Strong ability to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction, with a focus on effectively and professionally handling complaints.
· Experienced in stock control, supply ordering, vendor management, and ensuring optimal inventory levels.
· Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team, promote employee satisfaction, and foster a positive work culture.
