You need to be proficient in common tools used by a performance marketer, including but not limited to:
Job Responsibility
- Develop campaign strategy, analyze performance data, and optimize ad campaigns & landing pages accordingly to achieve clients marketing objectives
- Collaborate with content & creative teams to produce ad copywriting and creative deliverables
- Assist sales team with pre-sales report and proposals including digital marketing audit, competitor analysis, budgeting and forecasting
- Create campaign reports and update clients on campaign performance
- Identify and suggest opportunities for client account growth (up sell/ cross sell other marketing services or tools to client)
- Stay up to date on industry news and trends
- Must be detail oriented & highly organized
- Professional interpersonal skills
- Self-starter and great at time management
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
- Able to solve problems and think critically
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in ad buying in digital ad channels such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads
- Experienced in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEMRush, Facebook pixel and Google Tag Manager
- Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads and the like are added bonus

- Project Management Software
- Collaboration Tools
- Work Messaging & Video Call Apps
- Knowledge in CRM is also a plus
