About the Role:
You will report to and work with the Reporting Manager to clarify needs and transform them to clear requirements for the Reporting Team. You will monitor and report project progress and assist the Reporting Team during solution delivery to communicate with the business teams. You will also support development and testing of reports and dashboards. You will work on a hybrid basis.
You Will:
2+ years of related experience.
Degree in Technology/Business, or equivalent
Experience working in a shared services centre or global business services centre, within complex and diverse environment.

- Manage documentation of projects and solutions delivered
- Help with acceptance testing of solutions
- Communicate project progress
- Conduct solution training for direct and indirect users of the reports (finance and business teams)
- Support development of reports
