Role Overview

Join our AI team as an AI Search Optimization Intern, where you'll play a key role in improving search accuracy and fine-tuning AI-driven responses for Agent Assist. This is a great opportunity for students passionate about AI, programming, and data optimization to gain hands-on experience in real-world AI applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and refine search results to improve accuracy and relevance.
• Optimize AI prompts and fine-tune search algorithms.
• Work closely with business teams to identify and implement data fixes.
• Develop and enhance response generation speed through programming and optimization techniques.
• Utilize Azure AI Search and other AI tools to enhance search functionality.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related fields.
• Proficiency in programming (Python, Java, or related languages).
• Knowledge of Azure AI Search and machine learning concepts is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
