- Provide support as business partners to SBGs and SFGs

- Co-Lead with Group Strategy on the overall tracking of the performance vs targets for all the identified approved initiatives under the Group’s long term plan i.e. PV reporting
- Manage/coordinate the submission and consolidation of financial and non-financial benefits from all the initiatives including evaluating / challenging the submissions, providing suggestions / recommendations to the project owners with the objective of improving the accuracy and quality of the submissions;
- Lead the overall planning and automating of the current PV reporting processes
- Business Case review and Post Implementation Review (PIR) for Capital Expenditure (‘CAPEX’)
- Lead the overall preparation and review of Business Case and tracking of the PIR
- Perform review and coordinate the execution of process enhancements with all relevant stakeholders to boost efficiency and effectiveness of the current guidelines/processes
- Highlight issues related to Business Case and PIR and provide recommendations for improvement to Team Head and Head of Department for their consideration
- Create awareness of business case and PIR requirements among SBGs/SFGs
- Provide guidance and knowledge sharing for team members
