In this Role, you’ll get to

* Oversee the daily operations of Trip's overseas markets, ensuring the smooth functioning of various market resources; assist in establishing operational guidelines and promote the implementation and achievement of operational plans.
* Monitor and analyze competitor information, ensure effective and visualized data collection, and assist in formulating business plans and strategies.
* Coordinate with product, technology, marketing, and customer service departments to address and resolve unexpected issues, ensuring a smooth workflow.
* Collaborate closely with the overseas sales team to ensure timely maintenance and implementation of products, and accurately understand product rules and policies.
* Maintain effective communication and close collaboration with airline partners, and promptly collect and update relevant policies.

What you'll Need to Succeed

* At least 2 years experience in OTA/Airline industry
* Proficiency in using Excel, Python, SQL, etc., for data analysis, mining, and visualization.
* Possess strong writing skills, be familiar with internet products, and have a passion for the travel industry.
* Have excellent project management abilities, strong execution skills, a sense of responsibility, and problem-solving capabilities.
* Demonstrate strong learning ability and initiative, capable of driving project execution and implementation.
* Have excellent communication and coordination skills, able to effectively collaborate with team members and other departments.
* Be familiar with the local cultures of the APAC region,
* Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese, Bahasa would be a plus
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
