Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and enforce QA/QC procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and project requirements.
  2. Perform regular inspections and tests on construction materials and works to verify adherence to quality standards.
  3. Maintain comprehensive records of QA/QC activities, including inspection reports, test results, and corrective actions.
  4. Identify, document, and address non-conformances, coordinating corrective and preventive measures effectively.
  5. Plan and execute internal and external quality audits, ensuring all activities conform to established standards and procedures.
  6. Assess and monitor the quality of materials supplied by vendors, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
  7. Work closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless integration of quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  8. Ensure all QA/QC activities adhere to health and safety regulations and standards, promoting a safe working environment.
  9. Any other duties assigned by the Superior and/or the Management

Requirements:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management, or its equivalent
  • Candidate with Qlassic Assessor Certification would be preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a QA/QC role in the high rise construction.
  • In-depth knowledge of QA/QC standards and procedures.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Understanding of safety regulations and standards.
