  • Determine and define project scope and objectives
  • Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
  • Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
  • Track project costs in order to meet budget
  • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
  • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
  • Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
  • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
  • Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
  • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement

Qualifications

Experience Qualification

  • Project Management Tools: Experience with tools like ClickUp, or Asana, Trello, Jira to track projects, tasks, timelines, and team collaboration.
  • Creative and Design Tools Knowledge: Familiarity with tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Figma so you can communicate effectively with the design team and understand the production process.
  • Web & Digital Analytics Tools: Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to track campaign performance and website metrics.
  • Client Management & Communication Tools: Proficiency in using tools like Microsoft Teams, or Google Workspace for internal and client communications.

Requirements

  • Detailed oriented
  • Strong client servicing skills
  • At least 4 years of experience in similar role
  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices (Trello / Jira / Microsoft Teams)
  • Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
  • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
  • Proven understanding on running Digital campaigns (EDM, Display Ads, Website, Mobile App and etc)

  • Experience in running projects in inter-departments/companies
  • Knowledge in new technologies
  • Working with different roles such as developers, designers, animators, servicing, and etc.
