We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Business Development to drive the expansion of our Antbuildz Webstore, a fully customizable SaaS platform that aims to revolutionize the way businesses operate in the equipment, tools, and spare parts sectors.

Responsibilities:
- Market Research & Analysis: You will be responsible for identifying and researching target markets within the equipment, tools, and spare parts industry. By uncovering new growth opportunities, you will help shape strategies to expand the reach of our webstore and capture untapped segments.
- Client Engagement & Sales: You will lead client engagement efforts, presenting the value of the Antbuildz Webstore and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. Your focus will be on converting leads into long-term customers, contributing to user acquisition and overall business growth.
- Onboarding & Support: You will guide new clients through the onboarding process, assisting with product listings, store design, and helping them fully utilize the webstore’s self-customization features. You will provide tailored product demonstrations, training, and ongoing support to ensure clients can create a fully functional and unique webstore that meets their business needs.
- Customer Success & Retention: You will be responsible for building strong, lasting relationships with clients to ensure their continued success on the platform. By proactively addressing their needs, gathering feedback, and suggesting product improvements, you will play a key role in reducing churn and increasing customer retention.
- Product Improvement: You will collaborate with the tech and business teams to continuously improve the webstore’s features and functionality. By sharing customer insights and feedback, you will help ensure that our platform remains competitive and unparalleled in the industry.
Requirements:
- Deep passion for start-up culture and technology.
- High energy, organizational prowess, independence, and quick learning ability.
- Possess an innate curiosity and a desire to unravel and comprehend problem statements, regardless of their complexity.
- Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously in a dynamic environment with minimal instruction.
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills. Chinese speaking is a bonus.
- Candidate with min. 2 years of relevant experience are preferred. Experience in the construction or industrial field will certainly catch our attention!
