Currently, our clients are looking for several roles: Cost Accountant, Project Accountant, Accounts Executive, Finance Assistant Manager. Below are the combined requirements for reference:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in performing internal and external audits.
- Manage and prepare full sets of accounts.
- Handle financial transactions, cost tracking, and reporting for project-based accounts.
- Monitor project budgets and costs.
- Track, analyze, and report on costs associated with production and operations. Maintain cost accounting records and implement cost control measures.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts. Provide financial analysis and reporting to support business decision-making and financial planning.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, presenting findings and recommendations to management. Ensure timely and accurate reporting in accordance with company policies and financial regulations.
Requirements:
- For Finance Assistant Manager, around 6 months of experience in auditing is compulsory. Moreover, proven experience in forecasting, budgeting and reporting.
- For Accounts Executive, proven experience in handling full set accounts is required.
- For Cost Accountant, need to have experience in cost accounting.
- For Project Accountant, able to work at site offices, and experience in accounting is compulsory.
- Using accounting software: Quickbook, Autocount, SQL. If proficient in other softwares also encouraged.
- Good communication skills in Mandarin and English, in order to have smooth conversation with colleagues and clients.
