Position: Insurance Operations Specialist

Company: MNC

Working Location: CCCC Tower, Corporate Tower 8, Pavilion Damansara Heights. 3, Damansara Town Centre, 50490 Kuala Lumpur (Hybrid) 2 weeks

Working Duration: 6 months contract (Renewable based on performance)

Working days/hours: Monday – Friday; 9am – 6pm

Salary: Basic up to RM 3,000 – 3,800 (Based on experience + skills) with statutory contribution + leave entitlement + medical coverage

Job Purpose

  • Ensures timely and accurate production/processing of complex documents/information (includes report preparation)
  • Maintains a basic understanding of the core aspects of relevant Insurance and related legislation (customer awareness) and strengthen established relationships
  • Adheres to Company policies and performance standards
  • Contributes to the achievement of Operations team Service Level Agreements (SLA), Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and business objectives

Job Requirement:

  • Minimum of bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Open for fresh graduates with passion to learn
  • High Proficiency in using MS Office Application.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • At least 2 years of similar working exposure in insurance industry.
  • Possess drive to meet assigned KPI.
  • Detail-oriented to comprehend and summarize appropriate information.
  • Willing to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Excellent coordination skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholder
