Job Responsibilities

  • Support the e-commerce team in day-to-day operations, including product listings, order processing, inventory management, livestream production.
  • Assist in optimizing the online shopping experience by conducting market research, analysing user behaviour, and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Help create and update product descriptions, images, and other content on the e-commerce platform to ensure accurate and compelling product presentation.
  • Contribute to social media campaigns and assist in managing social media accounts to drive traffic and engagement.
  • Monitor and analyse e-commerce metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and customer feedback, and provide insights to optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, design, and customer service, to ensure a seamless online shopping experience for customers.
  • Stay up to date with e-commerce trends & livestream trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and make recommendations for growth.
  • Assist in conducting competitor analysis to identify market trends, pricing strategies, and potential areas for improvement.
  • Assist in the planning and preparation of livestream events, including researching potential topics, guests, and technical requirements.
  • Support the setup and operation of livestream equipment, such as cameras, microphones, and streaming software.
  • Monitor livestream chat or comments, engage with viewers, and address any technical issues or questions that may arise.
  • Help capture and edit highlights or clips from livestream events for promotional purposes or future use.
  • Assist in conducting post-event analysis, including collecting viewer feedback and analysing livestream metrics to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Any other tasks and projects as assigned by the superior/Company.

Job Requirements

  • Student who possesses a Diploma or Degree in Ecommerce, Marketing Communications, Business Admin, Multimedia, Advertising, Marketing, or any other related fields.
  • Ability to multi-task, and work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment to meet the expected outcomes.
  • Good proficiency in Mandarin, Malay and English.
