Sales & Application Engineer Responsibilities:
- To identify and develop new customer and end user.
- To conduct market survey and customer road mapping exercise to identify market potential.
- Achieve sales target and servicing of existing and new potential customers.
- To maintain and service existing customer base/clients while continually supporting their evolving needs.
- Work closely with technical and production department in project development.
- Provide regular sales report on sales activities and project follow-up.
- Attend other business functions that are deemed necessary.
Sales & Application Engineer Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Thermal Engineering, Electronic Engineering or any relevant field,
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate technical knowledge to non-technical customers.
- Preferably experienced specialized in the Thermal Management and Electronic.
- Experience in the chemical industry and familiarity with adhesives, sealants, surface treatments, or similar products is a plus also an advantage.
- Willing to learn in sales and customer service roles.
- Knowledge of technical sales processes and practices are advantages.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as a team player.
- Customer-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.
